For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. Insurance
Insurance policies provide some, but rarely total, reimbursement for dental treatment. However, as a convenience to you, our office will submit charges to your insurance carrier and help you receive the maximum benefits allowed by your insurance plan.
Creative Financing
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you maximize the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. We now offer Care Credit- Interest Free as well as Chase Health Advance. Forms of other payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or most major credit cards. Please feel free to call us to discuss your coverage with our informed team.
If you do not have dental insurance, we offer a plan that covers your cleanings, exams, and x-rays for one calendar year. This SmileDesignerNYC Family Benefit Plan offers you a fee schedule similar to major dental insurance companies without dealing with the insurance company itself. Please call to learn more about how this plan may work for you and your family.
Cancellation
We respect the importance of your time and work very hard to schedule appointments which accommodate the busy scheduling needs of all of our patients. In return, we ask that patients make every effort not to change reserved dental appointments. Broken and missed appointments create scheduling problems for other patients as well as for the practice. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient who may be waiting to be seen.
